Importance of Responsibility A man enters an office to attend an interview. He passes through the office gate and notices that water from a hose is being wasted instead of watering the plants in the garden. The gardener is not taking care of this. He closes the valve of the water hose and continues into the office. Upon entering, he sees that the entrance mat is not in the proper place, so he adjusts it. Inside, he notices that lights and fans are on wastefully with no one working there. He switches them off and climbs the steps to the room where the interview is being held. There, he sees a photo hanging upside down and corrects its position. He then proceeds to the interview room, where he learns that the interviewer rejects everyone. Nervous, he enters when called. The interviewer warmly welcomes him and informs him that he has been appointed as a manager without even asking a single question.
